At WATT, we do our best to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If there is an issue with your order, returns or exchanges may be accepted according to the policy below.
Return and Exchange Period Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that returns or exchanges may be limited depending on the product condition and the reason for the request.
Returns Due to Change of Mind Returns or exchanges due to change of mind may be accepted under the following conditions:
- the request is made within 7 days of delivery
- the product is unused, unopened, and in resalable condition
- return shipping costs or round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items Returns or exchanges may not be accepted in the following cases:
- the product has been opened
- the product has been used
- the value of the product has been reduced due to customer handling
- the product is no longer in resalable condition
- the package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the delivery
Wrong Item, Damage, or Defective Product If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will review the issue and provide an exchange or refund when appropriate. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Refund Process Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider or payment method.
International Orders For international orders, return procedures may be more complicated due to customs and cross-border shipping. For returns due to change of mind, international return shipping and related costs may be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and similar charges may not be refundable.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information, refusal to accept delivery, or extended absence, any reshipping cost or return-related cost may be charged to the customer.
